Computer programmer Clint Curtis testified under oath to Congress that he created vote-rigging software in 2000 at the request of fellow Republican TOM FEENY, who wanted untraceable programs that could "control the vote"... Feeny also told Curtis of Bush plans to "suppress the black vote with exclusion lists" -- and THAT is exactly what happened. Tens of thousands of African-American voters were deliberately purged from Forida voter rolls by a Republican-controlled corporation hired by Governor Jeb Bush... In 2002, Raymond Lemme, a Florida state government inspector, took up Curtis' charges... By 2003, he had "tracked the corruption all the way to the top and the story was set to break in a few weeks." But on July 1, LEMME WAS FOUND DEAD IN A GEORGIA HOTEL ROOM ACROSS THE BORDER. Local police ruled that Lemme, a happily married man eagerly planning his daughter's wedding, had slashed his wrists. At first they said there were no photos of the death scene but pictures turned up on the Internet, were confirmed as authentic by the embarrassed police, and contradicted the original "suicide" report on several points -- for example, there was evidence Lemme had been beaten before his death. The investigation was reopened after Curtis' Congressional testimony but abruptly shut down, again -- after local police spoke to a never-identified "someone" in the Florida state government.

The potential for fraud/error is daunting. About 61 million November votes will be counted in the computers of 1 company: ELECTION SYSTEMS AND SOFTWARE (ES&S)... About 100 million votes will be counted in computers provided/programmed by ES&S and 3 other private corporations:
About a third...will be tabulated completely inside the new paperless, direct-recording-electronic (DRE) voting systems, on which you vote directly on a touch-screen. Unlike transactions at the neighborhood ATM, however, you can request NO PAPER RECORD OF YOUR VOTE... Voting on the DRE, you never know, despite what the touch-screen says, whether the computer is counting your vote as you think you are casting it -- or giving it to another candidate. No one can tell what a computer does inside itself... "You ask about the hardware. 'SECRET.' The software? 'SECRET.' What's the cryptography? 'Can't tell you because that'll compromise the SECRECY of the machines'... Federal testing procedures? 'SECRET'! Results of the tests? 'SECRET'! Basically, we are required to have BLIND FAITH"... A "Red Team" exercise to break the DIEBOLD CODE was staged... 4 of the 8 computer scientists had worked at the National Security Agency, and the director had been the NSA senior technical director. This team concluded, "A voter can be deceived into thinking he is voting for one candidate when, in fact, the software is recording the vote for another candidate." I ran CNN's numbers and WHAT HAPPENED WAS IMPOSSIBLE! The two screen shots below show that 57 more voters were polled (2020-1963 = "57") -- a "2.9%" increase (1963 x 2.9% = 57).
 
* At 12:21, Kerry had 1022 votes; Bush, 941 (81-vote Kerry LEAD). * At 01:41, Kerry had 981 votes; Bush, 1028 (47-vote Bush LEAD).
Of the 1963 votes exit polled at 12:21 a.m., 923 were men (47% of 1963) and 1040 were women (53% of 1963). Kerry was up 2% among men (2% of 923 = +19 votes) and up 6% among women (6% of 1040 = +62 votes), giving him an 81-vote lead (19 + 62 = 81) at 12:21 a.m. One hour and 20 minutes later, at 1:41am, they changed the results to favor President Bush. "57" MORE VOTES WERE RECORDED (2020-1963 = 57) -- BUT KERRY LOST "128"
Of the 2020 voters polled by 1:41 a.m., 949 were men (47% of 2020 = 949) and 1071 were women (53% of 2020 = 1071). According to CNN, Kerry fell from a +19 male vote LEAD over Bush to 47 votes behind him -- a total "swing" of 66 votes. Furthermore, according to CNN, Kerry LOST all of his 62 female vote lead and fell into a "dead heat" with Bush -- another "swing" of 62 votes. And where I come from -- 66 + 62 equals a "128-VOTE SWING" out of "57 new votes" recorded. |
When I spoke with Jeff Fisher this morning (Saturday, November 06, 2004), the Democratic candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives from Florida's 16th District said he was waiting for the FBI...

While the...touch-screen voting machines seemed to produce results in which the registered Democrat/Republican ratios largely matched the Kerry/Bush vote.., counties using...optically scanned paper ballots -- fed into a ["hackable"] central tabulator PC -- contain substantial anomalies.
In Baker County...with 12,887 registered voters (69.3% Democrat and 24.3% Republican), the vote was only 2,180 for Kerry and 7,738 for Bush... In Dixie County, with 9,676 registered voters (77.5% Democrat and a mere 15% Republican), only 1,959 people voted for Kerry but 4,433 voted for Bush.
The pattern repeats...but ONLY in the counties where optical scanners were used. Franklin County (77.3% Democrat) went 58.5% for Bush. Holmes County (72.7% Democrat) went 77.25% for Bush...

The 3 counties with the LARGEST voting discrepancies turned out to be the 3 counties with the LARGEST Democratic concentration: Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade... Statistically, Bush should have seen a 28,000 vote DECREASE in Broward County; but the machines tallied a 51,000 vote INCREASE - a NET GAIN of 81,000. Bush should have LOST 8,900 votes in Palm Beach County; but GAINED 41,000 - a NET GAIN of 49,900 votes. And Bush should have gained only 18,400 votes in Miami-Dade County; but received 37,000 - a NET GAIN of [18,600]. "For the sake of all future e-voting machine elections - someone MUST investigate and explain the statistical anomalies in Florida," says Professor Michael Hout. "We're calling on voting officials in Florida to take action."
